The downtown hotel
Stone, glass, elevators and a room where the gathering can begin without another transfer.
British Columbia · Wedding photography + film
A compact wedding story in a city where glass, forest, coastline and rain can live within the same few streets.

How the place photographs
Vancouver can move from a dark hotel corridor to a wet street and open water in minutes. That variety is ideal for short coverage, provided the route stays small and every location earns the time it takes.
Rain is treated as part of the design. We choose a covered place before the date, carry the lighting to make an interior feel intentional, and keep one brief outside option for reflection, atmosphere and the city itself.

The ground
Places are chosen for light, movement and proximity—not because a list says they are photogenic.

Stone, glass, elevators and a room where the gathering can begin without another transfer.

Granite, water and the North Shore. Best when the ceremony or dinner already lives nearby.

Brick, window light and reflections after dark. Vancouver looking most like itself.
The work

The calendar
Late sunsets and the driest stretch. Shade matters more than another scenic stop.
Softer evenings, fewer crowds and usually enough daylight for a compact ceremony story.
Overcast light, dark interiors and reflections. A real covered plan makes the season an advantage.
Spring colour with a genuine chance of weather. Build both versions and choose on the day.
The whole number
The Hybrid Express collection starts from 4 consecutive hours, with 100–150 edited photographs and a 45–60 second film. Time for the ceremony, portraits and the celebration around them.
Reading for Vancouver

How to build Vancouver portraits around weather without turning the day into a photoshoot.

The C$995 + Tax collection covers Metro Vancouver, with coverage starting from 4 consecutive hours. We plan the ceremony, portraits and travel together; longer transfers may need added coverage.
We name a specific covered portrait option in the timeline and carry a small lighting kit. If the rain softens, five outside minutes are often enough for the frame that makes the weather part of the story.
Yes, if you want the ceremony chapter rather than the entire day. The guest count matters less than keeping the ceremony, family frames and portraits in one compact area.
