The collection
What is included in C$995 + Tax?
Hybrid Express starts from 4 consecutive hours with one photographer-filmmaker. You receive 100–150 individually edited photographs, a polished 45–60 second short film, 10 preview photographs within 48 hours and the complete gallery and film within 14 days. One film revision is included.
Can we add more time?
Yes. Coverage starts from 4 hours, with additional time at C$250 per hour. We agree the hours before booking, based on your ceremony, locations and the parts of the celebration you want covered.
Do we receive both photographs and video?
Yes. Photography and a 45–60 second short film are included. The approach is hybrid: one person makes both. It does not provide the simultaneous multi-angle coverage of a separate photography and cinema crew.
Will the full ceremony be recorded?
A locked-camera ceremony recording is included when the venue, camera position and audio setup allow it. We confirm the practical setup ahead of the wedding. The short film and the ceremony recording are separate deliverables.
Is tax included in C$995?
No. The collection is C$995 plus the applicable sales tax shown on your invoice. Extra coverage and any travel costs are itemized and agreed before booking.

On the day
Is this suitable for a large wedding?
Yes, if the hours cover the moments that matter to you. Four hours can hold a ceremony, family photographs, portraits and part of the reception when the locations are close. A full day across multiple venues usually needs more time; we work that out with you before you book.
We are not comfortable posing. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Arman offers simple direction for light, movement and where to stand, then leaves room for you to interact naturally. You do not need to arrive knowing how to pose.
What happens if it rains?
We choose a covered portrait option before the date and keep the route practical. A brief walk outside can be beautiful if you are comfortable with it; an indoor plan means your photographs do not depend on a perfect forecast.
Do you travel to Whistler or beyond?
Yes. Stillvows is based in Vancouver and available for Whistler and other destinations. Travel is quoted separately according to the venue, schedule and any overnight stay, then confirmed before booking.
Does the collection include wedding planning?
Stillvows is a photography and film collection. We help shape the coverage timeline and portrait plan. An officiant, marriage licence, venue, florals and other wedding services are not included in the C$995 collection.

Booking & delivery
How do we check our date?
Send your wedding date, ceremony time, venue and a little about your plans through the inquiry page or directly to iarmanarai@gmail.com. We reply within one business day with availability and the next step. Your date is secured once the agreement is signed and the required retainer is received.
Can we book at short notice?
Yes, when the date is available and the plan is workable. Include your location and preferred hours in the first message so we can give you a useful answer quickly. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date.
How quickly do we receive everything?
Ten preview photographs arrive within 48 hours. Your complete edited gallery and short film are delivered within 14 days. One film revision is included in the collection.
What if our plans change?
Get in touch as soon as you know. Availability and any changes to the coverage or price need to be confirmed in writing. Your signed agreement sets out the rescheduling, cancellation and retainer terms.
